Stay fit and get heart healthy with a walking program at NCF! In this 3 Mile workout, you will ramp up the pace to increase your heart rate, tone up the entire body and burn calories. This workout will take your fitness to the next level!It is time to get ready for spring; it is just around the corner! Date: every Monday and Wednesday in the cafeteria.
